Our group provided a way to in-situ exsolve Ru nanoparticles and stabilizes the nano active centers by constructing strong metal-support interactions between Ru nanoparticles and the Ce0.85Sm0.15O1.925 (SDC) support. The Ru/SDC catalyst shows high catalytic activity towards both hydrogen oxidation and water splitting reactions. This work has been published in Journal of Membrane Science, 2020, 599, 117702.
