Kinetic model is significant for disclosing the oxygen permeation process through mixed ionic-electronic conducting (MIEC) membranes. Based on the dependence of oxygen vacancy concentration on oxygen partial pressure in the bulk of MIEC membrane, we established a universally applicable model for extensive MIEC membranes by revising one assumption in our original model.
